Milton is looking for a Sr Production Manager - HaridwarLocation - HaridwarInterested candidates can share their resumes with at responsibilities:Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily and long-term operational goals.Ensure adherence to DPR targets, production schedules, and quality standards.Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, machinery) and minimize downtime.Implement strategies for efficiency improvement, cost optimization, and defect reduction.Work with the Quality team on corrective/preventive actions and ensure regulatory compliance.Drive safety culture through regular audits and adherence to company safety standards.Minimize production wastage in line with BOM and ensure timely rework within shifts.Manage workforce productivity and conduct periodic performance reviews and training.Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.Conduct mold trials and sampling; ensure compliance with design specifications.Use SAP for BOM and material management to streamline operations.Competencies:Should have 14+ years of experienceA solid background in engineering industries is essential, with hands-on exposure to operations such as steel processing units, laser welding, pipe manufacturing, press shop, plating, vacuuming, electrolysis.Experience in managing end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality compliance.Hands-on experience in electrolysis, vacuuming, paint shop, weld shop, and press shop processes.Expertise in sheet metal production for manufacturing small parts with high precision.Familiarity with industrial safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.Strong leadership and team management skills.Qualification: B.Tech/BE- Mechanical #J-18808-Ljbffr
