As a General Manager for Dukes you will be responsible for the followingUpholding the highest quality standards for food, service and financial management.Ensuring training and proper supervision of Team Members and Managers on all restaurant procedures.Providing leadership, problem solving and decision making in all areas.Building and maintaining a productive partnership with the Chef.Understanding and interpreting P&Ls and other financial statements.Excellent use of your time management skills and attention to detail.Ensuring your enthusiasm, infectious energy and ability spill onto other staff.If youve had 3-5 years previous restaurant management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment were interested.Proficient in English verbal and written communication.Comfortable using computers and learning new software.Have ability to manage our restaurants with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and fun - winning mindset and enthusiastic personality.Youll be managing sales goals, inventory, cash and other stuff that requires good math and analytical skills.Previous experience with scheduling, labour and product cost control, inventory.Previous experience in developing a team.Smart Serve Certification.Knowledge of provincial employment legislation.Possess five values that define our peopleHospitality.
