APLs unique population of focus is younger adults who have concurrent MH, SU and/or ABI; and who often have co-existing physical, developmental and/or chronic health conditions. Clients who may be considered for admission are between19 and 65 year of age. Residents may reside at APL for as long as they require the specialized services / environment to meet their care needs, up to an including end of life care. APL has a diverse inter-disciplinary team who collaborate with residents and families in their care and on meaningful goals and engagement.
