Our career-focused education, training, and applied research programs prepare students for success, support industry and workforce needs, and promote economic prosperity throughout our region and across Ontario.As a part-time Professor, you will develop and deliver curriculum using various engaging and innovative methods, playing a pivotal role in enhancing academic excellence through sound teaching practice.The School of Health & Life Sciences is currently seeking a qualified professional to teach DIET2170 Menu Development in the Nutrition and Food Service Management program starting fall 2025. This course explores menu management across diverse environments, with an emphasis on healthcare settings and uses MealSuite within the curriculum.Successful candidates will be required to conduct work within Ontario and must be available to work on campus as required. Conestoga offers classes Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with these courses being delivered in-person at the Doon campus located at 299 Doon Valley Drive, Kitchener. Part-time Professors typically teach one to two courses. Courses are approximately three to six hours per week in the classroom for a 14-week term.Applications will be provided to the hiring team on a weekly schedule.
