Vice President, Medical Affairs & Chief Medical ExecutiveChatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) is a 200-bed community hospital serving residents of Chatham and rural Kent, including Walpole Island and Delaware First Nations. The role includes functions of a lead physician executive, operational responsibilities such as medical administration, resource planning, and program development. The position also involves guiding the hospitals strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with clinical, medico-legal, legislative, and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate is a key partner to the Senior Team, Chief of Staff, and Department Chiefs, driving clinical change and engaging healthcare professionals. They should demonstrate the ability to build collaborative relationships within and outside the organization and have a proven track record in physician leadership roles.A licensed physician in Ontario (or eligible for licensure) is required.
