Their lawyers and staff are team oriented and have a collegial work environment.Position: Family Lawyer (minimum of 8+ years of experience, book of business an asset but not required)Locations: Vancouver - hybridResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in family law proceedings, including trials and hearingsReview, draft, and negotiate a broad range of legal documentsIdentify and analyze a variety of legal issues and have the ability to distill large volumes of information into focused and simplified language to effectively advocate on behalf of your clientConduct legal research and analysis and provide legal advice and direction based on your findingsStrong dedication to providing exceptional client serviceAbility to manage a full caseload from initiation to resolutionRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolMember in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia8+ years of experience in family lawExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong litigation skills and drafting skillsA strong ability to prioritize competing demands and the ability to work under pressureEmpathy, integrity, and a client-focused approachCompensation:Competitive compensation options, including either a fee split or a salary arrangement.
