This role ensures the systems, programs, practices and talent of the company are scalable for future growth.This role is based in Nova Scotia, either at our urban office in bustling Halifax or by the sea on the north shore in New Glasgow.What this role is:The SVP will be tasked with building processes and systems that support recent structural changes, ultimately ensuring that P&Cs goals are embedded in the business itself. This role requires an aptitude for, and interest in, real estate operations, ensuring the people function is a trusted advisor to the CEO, board and executive team. Key priorities include enhancing succession planning and employee engagement, strengthening compensation structures, increasing rigor around KPIs and change leadership to ensure execution of these elements.This role also provides leadership to the communications function, ensuring Crombies brand is intentionally reflected internally and externally, increasing cohesion and maximizing marketing efforts for lease-ups.Who you are:The SVP must be creative, focused on continuous improvement to scale systems and practices while remaining true to Crombies nimble and entrepreneurial roots.
