This full-time, 3-year term position based in Saint John, NB, involves developing strategic plans, expanding program offerings, and fostering partnerships to enhance UNB's professional reach locally, nationally, and globally.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for high-quality program delivery across all modalities.Lead a team in developing non-credit programming, including micro-credentialing and compliance.Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure profitable growth.Expand programming to meet emerging market needs and engage UNB alumni.Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Assess program impact and ROI, and make strategic recommendations.Qualifications:Masters Degree in a relevant discipline.5+ years leadership experience in executive education or professional development.Proven management skills and experience leading diverse teams.Experience managing complex budgets and ROI targets.Knowledge of pedagogy, course design, and new delivery methods.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Benefits & Additional Information:Includes health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition aid.
