Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. This role involves working with an occupational therapist or physical therapist assistant, with the ability to work alongside one preferred. The ideal candidate will have ADP authorizer certification or be willing to become authorized. A rotational on-call schedule is required for this position. About the Role Our physiotherapists play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include: Conducting professional assessments of patients in their homes and communities. Developing and maintaining effective care plans with Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Home and Community Care Support Services. Working with patients to set measurable goals and outcomes in collaboration with the care team. Providing guidance on workplace health and safety and performing other duties as required. Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master''s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university. Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Proven computer skills and strong assessment abilities. The ability to provide one-on-one therapeutic support and promote client independence. A reliable vehicle for regular travel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with French language skills an asset. A clear background and vulnerable sector check.
