Job Description: As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of school buses. You will be responsible for scheduling and performing maintenance tasks, diagnosing complex problems, and maintaining accurate service records. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in automotive or diesel maintenance and repair. Valid driver''s license required; willingness to obtain CDL while employed. Possess a mechanic''s tool set. Previous experience in a lead technician, supervisor, or other management role is preferred. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
