IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY Interim Operational Strategy ConsultantReports to Chief Executive OfficerDuration: 3-5 MonthsLocation: Greater Toronto Hamilton Area (GTHA) (3 days in office, 2 days virtual)Our client, a well-respected Canadian technology company is seeking a talented professional to partner with their internal and external stakeholders to elevate the sophistication and efficiency of the organization. This is a critical step before they roll out a new corporate vision to double revenues over the next 3 years through expanding into new markets. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to help the organization to transform their operating model by optimizing their operations, streamlining processes, and aligning business strategies with operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational excellence, business strategy, and change management, along with the ability to provide actionable insights and drive measurable results.Key Accountabilities:Review the new corporate strategy and work with the CEO and the rest of the ELT to create a roadmap to execute the transformation.Build the timeline associated with the new strategy rollout. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance overall performance and efficiency. Analyzing internal workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and developing plans to streamline.Work closely with various departments within the organization to help identify areas for improvement of processes and reduction of costs.Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify potential areas of improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive successful execution of projects.Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Support in designing and developing executive presentation materials and assist in the communication of strategy for key internal and external stakeholders.Create insightful reports and dashboards to consolidate key findings and provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.Analyze and synthesize key insights from diverse data sources to drive strategy and inform decision-making.Function as a thought partner to leaders on strategic planning and long-term business strategy development.Foster best practices and consistent approaches/ methodologies across the organization.Competencies and Requirements: Knowledge and leading experience in strategy development and improvement scienceExperience leading large scale organizational change initiatives.Deep experience driving operating model change in scaling SAAS organizations.Ideally a background in a tier one consulting organization.Effective communication and people skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.PLEASE SEND YOUR CV (AS A WORD DOC) TO: Interim.Applications@LHHknightsbridge.com (Subject: Job Title)LHH Knightsbridge Interim Management is a service to help our clients address a wide range of scenarios including leadership support due to sudden departures, driving key change initiatives or leading transformation projects.
