This role is responsible for collecting, verifying, and reporting daily field-level data related to Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) across multiple project sites.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and validate daily LEM submissions from contractors and internal teams.Build and maintain accurate project reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly).Track field productivity, man-hours, and equipment usage to ensure accurate cost capture.Collaborate with Project Controls, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity.Support project audits and reconciliations through detailed record-keeping and reporting.Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively.Requirements:Previous experience in Oil & Gas field data coordination, LEM management, or project reporting.Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools or project systems (e.g., Prism, SmartPlant, P6) is an asset.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Excellent communication and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate (incorporated contractors welcome).Long-term contract with high potential for renewal.Exposure to high-profile capital projects within a supportive team environment.
