The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring that carpets are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities Utilize power tools and hand tools to clean carpets effectively. Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes. Execute facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Conduct heavy lifting when necessary during the cleaning process. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in carpet cleaning. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning results.
