We are seeking a part-time (or full-time) person for repairs, maintenance work and renovation projects in a community of about a dozen apartments. The available position is unique and somewhat different from typical superintendent jobs, especially those in larger buildings. One advantage is less units. Larger buildings have the associated challenges of a large number of tenants and turnovers (stress, complaints, after-hours emergencies, etc). We do not. Therefore, the work is more rewarding and enjoyable.
