Electrical Project Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of electrical and instrumentation pre-mobilization and pre-bid work, while actively participating in project execution planning. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to ensure safe, effective, and timely completion of electrical and instrumentation scopes of work. The responsibilities of this role include: - Leading team reviews and joint acceptance of contractor project documentation - Communicating to contractors any existing or potential site hazards that may affect their workers - Providing documented verification against contractor project documentation for compliance - Identifying higher risk work or changes in scope requiring risk assessments and ensuring they are executed The successful candidate will also be responsible for participating in contractor completion activities, participating in contractor close outs and lessons learned meetings, and reviewing and implementing company safety initiatives. The required qualifications for this role include: - Red seal Journeyman Electrician or Instrumentation certification - Minimum 8 years of experience as an electrical foreman/lead hand or supervisor - Oil & Gas construction and maintenance experience - Experience as an E&I field coordinator or supervisor in a project execution environment - Strong fundamental understanding of mechanical project execution
