Job Description

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing documents and assisting our service teams in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, update, and organize computer and paper files used by the team. Ensure proper assignment of documents to client files, including electronic document management and renaming. Prepare correspondence and assist with preparation of certificates, pink cards, and schedules as needed. Assist with data entry for special projects and perform light office duties as required. Team Support: Participate in maintaining the office coffee machine and take steps to avoid errors and omissions. Attend team meetings, general staff meetings, and company functions. Knowledge and Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position within a team environment. Experience working in an insurance environment or professional business setting is an asset. Familiarity with The Agency Manager, Acturis, Microsoft Office Suite, Compu Quote, or comparable systems is required. Education Requirements: Working towards or currently a Level 1 Licensed Insurance Agent. Member of or currently working towards C.I.P. designation.
