Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity This role involves working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, cultural, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, retail, and large-scale mixed-use developments. About the Role You will be responsible for assembling construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration, preparing client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration, and Authority submissions. Requirements An educational background in architecture with 7+ years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in Revit is required Prior experience producing contract documents in Revit, as well as experience with commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects is preferred P3 experience is a strong asset Benefits The compensation package includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience between $80k-$120k + discretionary bonus, extended health and dental benefits, and assistance with association dues/tuition reimbursement.
