Job Title: Programmer Analyst Level 3Job Location: RemoteJob Type: 6 months ContractClearance Level: Top-Level Secret ClearanceJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Programmer Analyst Level 3 to support the development and implementation of enterprise-level data management and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and enhancement of software applications and data analytics tools. This role involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet evolving technical and functional requirements.Key Responsibilities:Create and modify code and software to fulfill enterprise-level data management and analytics requirements.Design and develop screens, reports, and dashboards for business applications.Gather and analyze data to assess the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions.Develop system design specifications and software design methods and procedures.Implement, test, and deploy software solutions.Produce and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, procedures, data files, and forms.Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions to meet identified needs.Recommend and apply development/design standards and best practices in data management and analytics.Maintain organizational policies and procedures for data management and analytics application development.Collaborate with project managers, partners, and stakeholders to capture end-user requirements for functionality, access, and response time.Conduct quality assurance and testing of developed solutions.Lead and manage application enhancements, upgrades, fixes, and new development tasks.Coordinate and assign work to team members or other resources.Prepare knowledge transfer documentation and deliver training material as required.Track project work plans and schedules; report progress and status updates regularly.Provide regular updates to the Project Authority.
