The execution blueprint master.Your work will define how knowledge is structured, how programs and initiatives are driven, how delivery scales, and how the organization itself evolves.You will help shape the core intellectual and execution backbone that empowers creators, engineers, AI systems, product teams, and business leaders across the Anime Universe ecosystem.OverviewWere recruiting a Scribes Leader the connective leader driving program structure, knowledge flow, and delivery orchestration across Technology and the broader organization.You will:Lead the Program Management Office (PMO): Head of Programs, Senior Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, Senior Product Managers, Senior Business Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts.Own the Scribes Coreresponsible for all cross-functional documentation, knowledge architecture, and standards for program and knowledge deliveryThis is a VP-level role for someone who has architected large-scale program systems and knowledge ecosystems across complex, fast-moving organizations.
