Estimator/Project ManagerMoncton, New BrunswickAre you an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual looking for a sales opportunity with an exciting company?Our client in the roofing industry is looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to join their team in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Estimator/Project Manager will identify bidding opportunities, assess technical aspects to prepare estimates, create and submit bid proposals, as well as follow through on project changes and challenges that arise. They will also attend meetings with clients and the operations team to ensure project success, are able to adapt and problem solve, and to work with minimal supervision.The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with project management or related experience in the commercial or industrial construction industries, as well as a post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline. Knowledge of commercial roofing, standard construction practices, and building codes are also required.
