Come for all 3 weeks or participate in 1-week intervals. The inaugural retreat will begin in March 2026 in the North Okanagan.Full training and participation with client growth will begin July 7th, 2025.Our retreats are world class events themed:Wellness Camp meets the SXSW immersive, unforgettable, transformational, creative and full of A-list clients.This Is More Than a Job. Its a Movement.NOTE on Compensation and Training:All emotional fitness coaches that will lead our retreats will have access to 250 people/week for each week of the retreat will be compensated for their time and the compensation will range depending on length of time, services provided (group vs one on one sessions), participation in our digital platform, leading group facilitations and other opportunities. Each coach will have the opportunity to design their compensation package based on their own needs, experiences and future goals.Emotional Fitness Training is NOT included in this compensation package. You will be required to pay for your own accreditation. Our platform is based on a proprietary emotional fitness theory to lead a NEW class in wellness. Regardless of your background, experiences and education this training is a requirement to have access to our platform, clients and retreats.Training costs can range depending on each person's desire for growth. Those emotional fitness coaches selected will be limited and we are seeking only the ELITE of coaches who can lead high performance clients. A high degree of ability, talent and skills will be necessary but more importantly...all your experiences thus far should have led to a lingering question that something was missing. Whether you are an academic, a life coach, a Psychologist, social worker, your name it, this training is the next evolution in wellness and as such a openness to evolve as a person, coach and facilitator will be necessary. Your experience is important but your desire to expand is way more interesting to us.Our Business Model: Digital Healing Platform: Coaches will be fed clients through our digital coaching platform and will receive competitive rates based on the level of coach and subscription level.Retreats: Our goto market strategy along with balancing digital and real life clients is through our company led retreats and licensed retreats we partner with in which our coaches will have the ability to grow their entire client base in ONE retreat for the year, fully supported by our digital platform. Coaches will be fully compensated with salary/hourly/bonus opportunities during the retreats.Content and Coaching Platform: If you have your own program that aligns with our vision of the category of emotional fitness wellness, there will be additional opportunities for you to build your own brand under our umbrella and provide more revenue opportunities for growth.Master Coaches and Trainers: We will be building out our training platform in which these salaried positions once trained can join our exclusive team of trainers on our theory.Shares: AH-HA Healing is also a tech company with a robust plan for our Version2 of Wilson AI that will support our platform as we grow. This is a new category of wellness, rooted in action and evolution. All coaches will be required to complete the 3 months of accreditation and training in our proprietary theory (about 5 hours/week).You will:Guide individuals 1-on-1 or in groups through the Emotional Fitness framework.Support clients emotionally and creatively during and after retreats.Lead transformative experiences that help people reclaim their power and purpose.Build your client base and position yourself as a thought leader in emotional healing.For the retreat position, we will be looking for 10-15 new coaches for the retreats themselves. Only the most elite coaches will have access to our A-list talent and exclusive clientele.
