For more detail: www.skygauge.coAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) to join our growing commercial team. This is a critical role that will own our entire go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, optimize our revenue processes, and ensure seamless collaboration between our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions.Weve built the initial foundation for RevOps and need someone to take it to the next level. As we launch out of the start-up phase and into full commercialization, this detail oriented role will be critical to ensure alignment as we grow.The RevOps Manager will report to our VP of Sales and work closely with our commercial team members, as well as production and delivery.Key Responsibilities:GTM Tech Stack Ownership:Administer, optimize, and manage our core GTM platforms, including HubSpot and other integrated sales & marketing tools.Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance revenue team efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.Process Optimization & Automation:Design, document, and implement scalable revenue processes that drive efficiency and improve performance across the entire customer lifecycle.Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Develop and maintain clear policies and procedures for GTM operations.Cross-Functional Interface & Alignment:Act as the primary interface between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on goals, processes, and data.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to optimize the handoff points along the customer journey.Partner with department heads to understand their needs and translate them into operational improvements.Reporting & Analytics:Develop, maintain, and deliver key revenue metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.Analyze GTM performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Forecast revenue and identify potential roadblocks or opportunities.Sales Enablement Support:Collaborate with sales leadership to identify enablement needs and support the creation and distribution of sales collateral and training materials.Optimize sales processes within HubSpot to improve rep productivity and performance.Assist sales with vendor registrations and documentation.Marketing Operations Support:Assist with the planning and execution of demo tours, trade show & conference presence and key customer visits.Execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.Training & Support:Provide ongoing training and support to GTM teams on systems, tools, and processes.Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for GTM operations.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for data, process improvement, and technology, we encourage you to apply.Qualifications:Deep expertise and hands-on administrative experience with HubSpot is required (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub).Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, within a B2B technology company.Proven track record of optimizing GTM processes and improving operational efficiency.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in a startup environment as the first formal RevOps hire.Proactive, self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset.Experience with other GTM tools (e.g., Fireflies.ai, deal rooms, Apollo AI) is a plus.Compensation:$75,000 - $90,000 + benefitsOther Requirements:Valid drivers licenseAccess to personal transportationAble to work in-person with our team at the Skygauge facility (not remote)Additional Information:Want to learn more about The Skygauge?
