Our client is an award-winning private medical clinic. They are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team based in Oakville, Ontario. This is an on-site position.The clinic is known for providing high-end, personalized care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Their beautiful facility is in a prime location with free parking, close to great amenities as well as the 403 and QEW. They offer a highly supportive environment with a great team, physician assistant support, ongoing training, and future growth opportunities.Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:Delivering personalized care using a Functional Medicine approach, including hormone optimization, gut health protocols, clinical nutrition, and joint injectionsEvaluating and developing personalized care plans for patients with hormonal imbalance and leaky gutGuiding patients through gut-healing and anti-inflammatory protocolsOrdering and interpreting functional labs (hormones, gut microbiome, inflammatory markers)Prescribing and monitoring Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)Collaborating with the Medical Director team to ensure delivery of a high standard of patient care in a high-end environmentMaintaining high standards of clinical documentation and follow-up careRecommending and managing oral supplements and lifestyle interventionsAdministering or supervising IV vitamin and mineral therapiesAttending weekly patient events, offering education and building relationships withattendeesContributing to clinic operations by improving clinical SOPs and participating in team meetingsMaintaining accurate records and communication using EMR and CRM systemsQualifications:Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)25 years of Nurse Practitioner experienceExperience or certification in Functional Medicine (IFM or A4M)Must be experienced and comfortable administering joint injectionsExperience with bioidentical hormone therapy, IV nutrient therapy, oral supplementation and gut health protocolsA believer in natural, root-cause-focused healing over symptom maskingA team player who believes in the benefits of high-end private careTech-savvy and confident using Google Suite, EMR, and CRM systemsA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient careInterest in long-term career growth within a high-end, private-pay clinic environmentApplication Instructions:While we appreciate all inquiries, only qualified candidates will be contacted.Please send a resume to Melissa Krakana at melissa.krakana@summitsearchgroup.comSummit Search Group is a fair and equitable search firm.
