**Job Title:** ETL Test Lead We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our data testing initiatives. This role requires expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and comprehensive testing methodologies. As an ETL Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of ETL testers, defining test strategies, and ensuring the quality and integrity of data across our systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of ETL testers, providing technical guidance and support. Define, develop, and implement comprehensive ETL test strategies, plans, and cases. Oversee the execution of various ETL testing types, including data validation, data integrity, transformation logic, performance, and regression testing. Collaborate closely with ETL developers, data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure test coverage. Design and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and comparison between source and target systems. Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams for resolution. Develop and maintain ETL testing frameworks and automation scripts. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in ETL testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Strong expertise in data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and validation. Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDMC, Talend, SSIS) and understanding of their testing implications. Solid understanding of various ETL testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
