Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Director of Maintenance. This position is responsible for ensuring that housing assets are maintained to the required standards, and for providing leadership in the integration of maintenance management services. Responsibilities: Lead the project management process to deliver M&I projects; Manage financial resources; Contribute to the development of the NHC''s priority-based capital plan; Requirements: Completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field; A minimum of eight years of progressively challenging project management experience; Direct experience managing building maintenance, design, and project delivery; A professional or trade certification in a related field is an asset.
