You will develop and execute demand-generation strategies to increase subscriptions and support enterprise sales efforts. The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage marketing campaigns targeting real estate agents, including email, webinars, and promotional activities.Support brokerage enterprise opportunities and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.Drive agent upsell conversions through targeted campaigns and analyze marketing effectiveness.Work with Product and UX teams on messaging and conversions.Create agent-facing content with the marketing team.Support regional field marketing events and collaborate on agent webinars and training sessions.Qualifications5+ years in demand generation or field marketing within a SaaS B2C environment, preferably with product-led growth experience.Experience marketing to real estate agents is highly preferred.Skilled in content marketing and channels like email, social media, and webinars.Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools; familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Curious, proactive, and results-oriented.The salary range is CAD$90,000 to CAD$120,000, depending on experience.
