As a member of our team, you will deliver thorough scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments tailored to each patient''s needs. You will also empower patients to achieve optimal oral health through clear education on personalized oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including thorough scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments, tailored to each patient''s needs. Empower patients to achieve optimal oral health through clear education on personalized oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies. Capture and interpret high-quality digital dental X-rays to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, documenting all assessments, treatments, and recommendations. Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with our dentists, dental assistants, and administrative team to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care. Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized clinical environment, adhering to all infection control protocols. Requirements: Current registration in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) is essential. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with patients and build trust. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a dynamic environment.
