To deliver spectacular experiences worldwide.Reporting to the Director, Production Employees, the incumbent is responsible for the planning and execution of projects, and the coordination of material, financial and labour requirements for the successful completion of projects. He/she must act as a resource person for the client and is accountable for the quality, financial performance, and on-time delivery of projects by the team. He/she will be required to travel frequently to meet with clients, evaluations, and project follow-ups.This is a full-time temporary position, with an expected end date at the end of OctoberYour day will look like this:Act as the project manager and project leader responsible for the project from its conception to its completion. Carry out regular follow-ups on the progress of the projects assigned to him/her with the collaborators concerned (representative, technical team, STREAMING, etc.)In collaboration with the specialized technical teams, validate the technical solution proposed by the representative and the composition of the technical team and make changes if ncessaryPrepare the project plan and the execution of the different phases of the projects (design, technical preparation, installation, de-installation): develop the work plan, the budget, the resource allocation, the schedule, and the delivery estimationAct as Solotech's on-site representative, coordinating on-site preparation and ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on timeEnsure that the installation is in accordance with the client's expectations and technical and physical environmentAt all times, maintain a high level of customer service and have excellent skills in explaining technical terms to customers when necessaryControl the quality of work performed according to Solotech standardsAct as a resource person to the client for any questions, comments or changes related to the project and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer serviceEnsure health and safety on site through training and prevention.Your profile:University degree or college diploma in project management or audiovisual or in a relevant fieldWhile a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position is preferred, we are open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong expertise and skills relevant to this role.Significant experience in technical management or event production management in the audiovisual, film or corporate sectorHigh level of technical expertise in the audiovisual fieldHigh level of oral and written proficiency in both official languagesMastery of R2 and Sketch Up software (an asset)Basic knowledge of Autocad or Vectorworks softwareMastery of current Office suite softwareBe able to travel frequently to clients and events at the international and local levelsBe available to work flexible hoursBe available during the day, evening, and weekends and on holidays depending on the project in progress.Our offer to you:Competitive compensation and group insurance planCorporate savings plan with employer contributionOpportunities for training and career advancementReimbursement of professional and development feesEmployee assistance program to ensure personal health and well-being.Dont have all the required skills?
