Years of combined experience in security operations, including: physical security, personal and employee protection, event security, travel security management and workplace investigations3+ Years of leadership, mentorship, or management experience with a strong propensity for team building and coachingExceptional ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure and in a time-sensitive environmentExperience conducting threat risk assessments, providing risk mitigation and personal/ employee protectionExperience encouraging a collaborative practice within employee and agency security teams to deliver best in class protection programs and business deliverablesExperience conducting and participating in workplace investigations, gap analysis, mitigations, and remediationThorough understanding of change management, project management and program testingStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships and influence across a diverse group
