Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fulfillment centre/warehouse environment, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing and preparing of shipments for customer orders, store orders, and courier pickups. Key responsibilities include: Serving as a lead within a fulfillment operation Performing various duties for processing and shipping customer and store orders Preparing necessary documentation for customer orders Loading trailers using material handling equipment Palletizing shipments for courier pickups Assigning work to team members based on a FIFO model Communicating with carriers via telephone or email Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently Must have previous experience and/or hold a valid Reach Truck license Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams) Proficient in using X3 system and RF technology Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant work experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on new challenges and contribute to our team''s success.
