Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our leadership team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment, with experience managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials. They will also possess strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to draft and proofread correspondence and reports on behalf of senior leaders. In addition to their administrative skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of governance practices, confidentiality, and nonprofit operations. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with experience using board management tools such as BoardEffect and Diligent. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required. Required Skills and Qualifications Administrative Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, preferably supporting a CEO, executive director, or board chair. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and external partners. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and board management tools such as BoardEffect and Diligent. Benefits Annual Salary Range: $70,923-$83,439 paid out biweekly.
