The consultant will join the team to migrate contact centres to AWS. The individual will have an in-depth knowledge of AWS Infrastructure and Security, development skills and a broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure needed to address security, stability, and supportability of services.This role will focus on improving the security posture of our infrastructure within our cloud environment. This role will require the candidate to collaborate cross functionally to make design/strategy decisions and advocate for security improvements with all teams utilizing our environment.
