The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for large painting projects. The role will involve collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates and timely project completion.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in estimating, project management, and constructionProficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and other project documentsAttention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs and laborExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of painting techniques and materialsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
