Lanalyste collaborera troitement avec les parties prenantes, les dveloppeurs et les gestionnaires afin de fournir des solutions efficaces.Exigences du poste :Le candidat doit possder les qualifications suivantes : Au moins trois ans dexprience professionnelle en tant quanalyste fonctionnel chez Polarion. Bonne comprhension de l'ingnierie des exigences, de la gestion du changement, de la gestion des risques et de la planification de projets. Familiarit avec les mthodologies de dveloppement produit telles que Scrum, Kanban, le modle en V et la mthode en cascade. Exprience de la configuration et de l'optimisation du systme de gestion du cycle de vie des applications (ALM) Polarion. Exprience de la collaboration avec des quipes interfonctionnelles, de la dfinition des normes pour Polarion et de l'amlioration continue de l'application et de sa chane d'outils. Exprience en tant que premier point de contact pour toute l'expertise lie l'ALM et en s'assurant que l'application rpond aux exigences de l'organisation. Bilinguisme : anglais obligatoire et franais un atout majeur (idalement, les candidats sont bilingues).RESPONSABILITS Dfinir les normes pour Polarion et collaborer la configuration du systme de gestion du cycle de vie des applications (ALM) Polarion pour l'organisation. Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour toute l'expertise lie l'ALM. Amliorer continuellement l'application, les modules complmentaires et la chane d'outils Polarion en planifiant et en dveloppant des fonctionnalits, en prenant des dcisions d'achat/de dveloppement avec les parties prenantes et en excutant des dploiements de tests dans un environnement contrl. Organiser des sessions de formation et de coaching pour les dveloppeurs systme afin d'amliorer leur comprhension de Polarion. Partager les connaissances via la base de donnes de l'organisation et grer l'accs des utilisateurs et l'application elle-mme. Contribuer activement aux principes de travail modernes tels que l'agilit, l'auto-organisation, l'amlioration des processus et la culture du feedback.COMPTENCES FONCTIONNELLES REQUISES Familiarit avec les mthodologies de dveloppement produit telles que Scrum, Kanban, le modle en V et la mthode en cascade.
