Responsibilities: -Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software componentsUnderstand, debug existing systems and propose new, alternative technology in order to make them more scalable and achieve results.Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes.Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment towards business goalsAdhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, no regressions, bug fixes, documentation and adhere to best coding practices.Participate and contribute to scrum meetings i.e., daily stand-up, sprint planning, readouts and retrospectives Experience in working with Micro services will be an added advantage. Experience: -7+ Years Location: -Canada(Remote- EST hours preferred) Educational Qualifications: -Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.Skills: -Mandatory skillsFamiliarity of working in an Agile environmentExperience in production support and monitoring toolsExperience of modern programming languages such as: Perl, JavaExperience of Unix/Linux preferredExperience of SQL/ORACLEExposure to object-oriented programming & relational database technologies.Experience in working with Micro services will be an added advantage.Good to have skills: -Experience in working on CI/CD Pipelines using GitLab Life at CitiusTechWe focus on building highly motivated engineering teams and thought leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, centered on our core values of Passion, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Depth (PROUD) of knowledge.
