Youll work alongside core leaders to design, plan, and launch initiatives that touch our tech stack, creator tools, token frameworks, and community-driven pipelines.Your core mission: Build operational cohesion between systems, scale, and strategy.What Youll OwnLead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch across Ops, GD, and CPDefine and maintain program roadmaps, milestone plans, and ownership matricesTranslate vision and product goals into scoped, executable project tracksFacilitate deep alignment across Engineering, Product, Content, and Growth teamsSet up agile systems of record (Notion, Airtable, etc.) that scale with team needsIdentify and unblock operational dependencies, risks, and bottlenecksDrive retrospective learnings, metric-based assessments, and system optimizationsEstablish governance around scope, communications, and stakeholder syncsAct as the execution layer between strategy and systemsowning delivery at every levelWhat Were Looking For6+ years in technical program management, platform ops, or systems launch coordinationTrack record of managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives with ambiguityStrong fluency in async coordination, sprint/roadmap design, and agile methodologiesComfort with tools like Notion, Miro, Jira, Airtable, and Slack-based operational modelsExcellent systems thinkingable to see across silos and identify leverage pointsSkilled in status reporting, escalation frameworks, and remote-first executionBonus: Experience in entertainment tech, gaming platforms, or creator ecosystemsBonus: Familiarity with token ecosystems, community ops, or blockchain toolingCompensationEquity (Shares): Founding partner-level equityToken-Based Rewards: Potential future compensation pending complianceFuture Salary: Activates with revenue benchmarksRemote First: Globally distributed, async-first, autonomy-driven cultureOur PromiseWere not here to scale routinewere here to scale brilliance.Were designing infrastructure for decentralized creativity.We build the systems that empower others to build.If youre ready to turn strategy into shipped systemsthis is your place.
