Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, well-established medical device leader as a Clinical Specialist for Aortic Intervention in British Columbia for our Vascular Division at Cook Canada. The Clinical Specialist provides clinical support for Cooks Aortic Intervention product line through direct physician interaction, medical staff education, and procedural consultation. The division focuses on endovascular treatment solutions for abdominal and thoracic aortic disease, including endovascular grafts and accessory devices such as wire guides, catheters, dilators, introducers, and molding balloons. The ideal candidate will reside in British Columbia, with Vancouver preferred, and Victoria/Kelowna considered. For more information about Cook Medical, visit our website. Responsibilities Educate and update customers through in-service training, literature, videos, and articles approved by the company. Identify, establish, and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to support company product lines. Maintain frequent communication with the sales team, Regional Sales Manager, and other support functions. Maintain accurate and timely reports and records. Stay current on the Canadian healthcare environment. Comply with all company policies. Travel up to 50%. This is not a sales position. Work and interact effectively and professionally across various levels of the global organization to achieve company goals. Goals and Expectations Strictly adhere to safety requirements. Additional Requirements Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision. Remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and willing to receive future vaccinations or boosters as recommended, unless protected under applicable legislation. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in a clinical environment preferred.
