Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of infrastructure system incident and provide corrective actions;Conduct research, development, maintenance, and management of infrastructure technology solutions;Provide administrative support and maintain in-depth knowledge of bank policies and procedures;Manage IT assets, including both hardware and software;Develop and maintain IT-related policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in a computer related field;Familiarity with Window Server and Linux Server, including Active Directory Service, File Service, and Avaya PBX systems;Experience with windows and Linux command scripting is preferred;Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and in high-volume environments;Networking experience is a plus (e.g., VLAN, VPN, and connectivity knowledge);Great working knowledge of cyber security best practices and measurements (e.g., in antivirus, malware management, and security policy implementation).Strong customer service and follow-up skills;Proficient written and verbal communication skill in English. Proficient in Chinese languages is considered an asset;Independent problem solver with strong troubleshooting, decision making, and analytical skills.
