Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer / Associate Architect Location: Remote (USA/Canada) Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead Developer / Associate Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role open to professionals based in the USA or Canada . The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Communication Cloud) and OmniStudio , along with a strong architectural mindset to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce Communication Cloud solutions. Architect and implement scalable solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices. Guide development teams in solution delivery and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development lifecycle, security best practices, and governance. Work closely with QA teams for test planning and defect resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Communication Cloud) . Proven experience in OmniStudio components : FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative automation tools. Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Certifications (Required): Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (preferred) Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer (a plus) Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Salesforce Industry Clouds is a plus. Experience in telecom domain and working with enterprise clients. Prior experience in architect-level roles or leadership in large-scale Salesforce projects.
