Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and information systems to lead multiple active projects under Fraser Health and PHSA. This role requires hands-on coordination, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and adherence to IMIT project lifecycle standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IMIT projects within a healthcare setting Lead planning, resource coordination, scheduling, and risk management Communicate with multiple stakeholders and executive teams Deliver quality assurance and status reporting Support user training and go-live coordination Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of Project Management experience Prior experience with BC Health and DPPE/IM PMO PMP or equivalent certification Proven track record in healthcare IMIT project delivery Strong communication, documentation, and facilitation skills Familiarity with technical architecture and COTS system integration Local residency in Lower Mainland, BC Nice to Have: Experience managing multiple simultaneous healthcare IT projects Prior exposure to Tele-tracking, CBORD, or Command Centre systems About Techiosoft Techiosoft is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
