Senior Business Analyst (Migration and Modernization) SCOPE We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the client migration from a legacy based system to a modernized system. This role is essential in ensuring accurate rule translation, smooth system configuration, and successful onboarding, playing a key part in supporting that migration effort. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand existing plan rules on a per-client basis Collaborate with the IT Lead to assess which rules/configurations are compatible with the new system and which are not For requirements that can be transitioned, document them clearly and comprehensively for the development team Assist in validating the final solution by writing test cases and participating in QA to ensure development aligns with the requirements REQUIRED Strong experience in system migration projects Proven ability to simplify complex plan structures and translate them into actionable requirements Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with technical teams and senior stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Experience with process mapping and documentation best practices
