Summary: As a Community Manager & Content Producer on client''''s Social Media team, you will play a pivotal role in community management and content development for client. You will work closely with Mobility and Delivery Leads to brainstorm ideas, find user-generated content, engage with comments across social media posts, write copy for captions, and support larger campaigns. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social media research abilities, an eye for relevant user-generated content, thumb-stopping content ideas, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Education/Experience: Candidates should have at least 3 years of proven social media experience with a deep understanding of the major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective audiences, features, and best practices. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of proven social media experience, as well as experience in communications, community management, copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate will be an outstanding community manager who speaks the language of social media, balancing fun and professionalism. They should be able to spot trends a mile away and constantly keep up with brand engagement strategies. Proficiency in Capcut for video editing and Canva for graphic creation is required. The candidate should also be an excellent writer who can craft clear, concise, and snappy copy, distilling complex announcements into simple, engaging, and entertaining content. A passion for social media is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will brainstorm social-first content to support client campaigns. You will search for relevant user-generated content (UGC) and posts about client to engage with and promote positive sentiment across global channels. Additionally, you will support ongoing campaigns by working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. Crafting compelling copy for social media posts that balances cultural relevance, social speak, and raising awareness for client products will be a key responsibility. You will also produce social media content that integrates the brand into cultural and calendar moments. Finally, you will manage relationships with key merchants and influencers.
