Our client a well-established and reputable automotive repair facility is currently seeking a Licensed Auto Body Technician to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including: Dent removal Panel replacement Frame straightening Conduct mechanical and structural inspections to identify repair needs Use power tools and hand tools to carry out high-quality, efficient repairs Apply professional-grade paint finishes ( painter certification required ) Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area Provide oversight and support to junior technicians or apprentices (as needed) Candidate Requirements 310B Auto Body Technician License (Required) Certified in automotive painting Supervisory experience is considered a strong asset Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic (preferred) Proficient with power tools and physically capable of handling demanding tasks Committed to quality, safety, and attention to detail Compensation & Schedule Hourly Rate: $35.00$45.00 (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week Benefits & Perks Extended health and dental coverage On-site parking Company-sponsored events Supportive, collaborative team culture
