We are looking for a senior accountant / associate financial controller to upgrade our financial operations, lead robust controls, oversee cash flow management and forecasting , and optimize operations as we scale our operations. This is a key role that needs an ambitious capable talent. What Your Role Will Be? Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and adjustments. Implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy, risk mitigation, and compliance. Oversee cash flow management, monitoring liquidity and leverage working capital. Drive and upgrade scalable financial systems and controls to support rapid growth. Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, driving operational efficiency. Manage multi-currency reconciliations, ensuring seamless financial reporting across different markets. Ensure tax compliance, navigating regulatory requirements and optimizing tax efficiency for the business. Contribute to business strategy and growth planning, offering financial insights and recommendations. Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and investor reports to support decision-making. Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Optimize financial operations, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements. What We Are Looking For? Must-Have: - 5+ years of financial / accounting experience, preferably within technology startups or digital health companies. - Expertise in financial systems implementation, cash flow management, and forecasting. - Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial reporting, and multi-currency accounting. - Proven experience in operational optimization, financial risk assessment, and tax compliance. - Advanced proficiency in financial software, automation tools, and strategic planning. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Nice-To-Have: - CPA or equivalent certification. - Experience in driving financial operations for high-growth startups. - Exposure to VC funding, investor relations, and financial due diligence.
