This is a high-impact role that involves building relationships, closing deals, and working with a proven portfolio of health and wellness products.Youll have access to warm leads, an uncapped commission structure, and the autonomy to take ownership of your sales goalswhile being supported by a collaborative, growth-focused team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a pipeline of warm leads and pursue new business developmentBuild and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacy managers, healthcare professionals, and retail buyersConduct persuasive product presentations virtually and in personTrack activity and performance through Salesforce CRMProvide feedback from the field to support marketing and product strategiesAttend trade shows and pharmacy events as neededWhat Were Looking For35 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness industriesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone presenceProven ability to hit sales targets and close dealsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environmentExperience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally across CanadaWhat We OfferBase salary of $85,000Uncapped commissions with realistic OTE of $125,000+Performance bonusesOngoing training, sales support, and mentorshipHealth and wellness benefits, including gym membership reimbursementPaid vacation and personal daysGrowth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization
