Whether it's demand prediction and optimal resource allocation, skills management and training, recruitment, or prevention of workplace-related risks, the healthcare sector faces numerous challenges. The Director acts as a catalyst, turning complex challenges into tangible commercial successes and impactful partnerships for our clients.This is a tailor-made challenge for an entrepreneurial leader passionate about innovation, equipped with sharp business acumen, and determined to create human value by concretely transforming the world of work, one organization at a time.RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development and SalesCollaborate with the CEO to develop and deploy growth strategies aimed at achieving monthly targets for sales contacts and recurring revenueDrive growth in targeted sectors by developing a pipeline of qualified opportunitiesOrchestrate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using CRM tools to maximize efficiencySkillfully navigate complex decision-making dynamics by engaging the right stakeholders at the right timeStrategic Partnerships and Market ExpansionIdentify, develop, and close strategic partnerships to open new markets and create sustainable growth opportunitiesRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and key events while collaborating with the marketing team to amplify brand visibility.Develop relationships and collaborate with public, parapublic, and private stakeholders to respond to technology RFPsProactively track government procurement platforms (OTP/MERX) with organizations like Ontario Health, Local Health Integration Networks, public hospitals, and public health agencies for digital transformation projects, human resources optimization, and management system modernizationCultivate relationships with the academic community to influence R&D and co-create and offer innovative solutions to target marketsMaintain strategic intelligence on technology trends and AI market evolution to anticipate future needs and maintain our competitive edge in the AI marketClient Approach and Consultative SellingAct as a strategic advisor to clients and prospects to identify optimization opportunities, create synergies between human capital and technology investments, and accelerate their successAnalyze in depth the HR and technology challenges of potential clients to demonstrate how our solutions generate tangible valueLead collaboration with the technical-commercial team throughout the sales cycleDiagnose specific needs to propose the optimal combination of custom solutions and standard modulesQuantify ROI by measuring concrete impact on human and operational performancePost-Sale Operational ExcellenceEnsure relationship continuity as the strategic point of contact throughout the client lifecycleFacilitate transition to the delivery team while maintaining oversight of client satisfactionCultivate business relationships to identify emerging needs and additional sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)Document learnings and best practices to enrich our commercial approachWHAT YOU BRING7 to 12 years of experience in complex B2B sales and/or strategic partnerships, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology applied to healthcareSolid background in the healthcare and/or life sciences sectorsProven track record in opening new markets and closing strategic partnerships, particularly with public stakeholdersStrong understanding of RFP processes, public procurement, and the Ontario provincial ecosystemEstablished network with organizations like Ontario Health, Ontario Hospital Association (OHA), major hospital centers (UHN, Unity Health, Trillium Health Partners), LHINs, and/or public health agencies in major citiesUnderstanding of healthcare-specific regulations, including accreditation standards, Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), clinical compliance requirements, and health data governance frameworksBilingualism (English/French) is an assetConsultative sales approach with excellent listening skills and customer focusProven skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic account managementStrategic vision and results-oriented approach, with ability to identify and seize growth opportunitiesProficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent) and pipeline management processesStrong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI applied to healthcare and organizational performance challengesExcellent organizational and planning skills with strong team collaborationHigh degree of autonomyWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USSalary: Competitive package designed to reward entrepreneurial successTransparent commission structure : to be discussed during our initial conversationVacation: 3 weeks upon hiring, plus an additional week after two years.
