As a Jr. Recruitment Specialist, you will become an integral part of our team as we look to expand our reach further into different markets, industries, and networks to bring businesses and professionals closer to one another. Together, we will help businesses build the foundations of their teams by providing more leadership and talent options, and help professionals pursue exciting new opportunities at each stage of their careers.This exciting opportunity pays a base salary plus a bonus and uncapped commissions!Role and Responsibilities:Actively searching and sourcing top talent and professional through our proven resources and methodologiesDeveloping a network of Candidates and maintain relationships knowing who is available in the marketDeveloping job postings and advertising opportunities on different online job boards and social mediaAttracting qualified Candidates and matching them with available opportunitiesScreening, interviewing (phone / video / in-person), and qualifying Candidates to meet client and role specificationsAdvise and coach Candidates throughout the interviewing process providing tips and preparationCoordinating and scheduling interviews with Candidates and provide interview feedbackConducting professional reference checkEmployment offers negotiationsMaintaining and tracking all recruitment activities through the companys applicant tracking system.Identify new recruitment strategies and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain company and brand awareness through advertising, blogging, public relations, professional and public associations, and through social media.Qualifications:University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or marketing.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent interpersonal skills and team-work.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A Self-Starter who is Goals-driven and Results-Oriented.Quick and willing learner who strives for knowledge about recruitment and the industries we recruit.Negotiation and Sales/Persuasion skills.Be Ambitious, Positive, and Strive for continual improvementComputer Savy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)If an exciting career in Technical Recruitment and Staffing sounds right for you, REACH out to us today and apply now by sending your resume to !
