Are you our next all star?What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the Senior Analyst is responsible to provide industry standard methodologies support for the JDA/BY Demand & Fulfillment system generating daily store replenishment for the Front Store business. The Senior Analyst is also accountable to provide data analytics, inventory insights & advanced distribution/allocation tool support for the Merchandising & Supply Chain teams. Ensure daily replenishment for stores is complete and on time.Collaborate with the Enterprise, IT business partners and third-party software vendors when needed to ensure any processing issues or enhancements are addressed.Execute and lead UAT for all system upgradesPerforms gap analysis and cost benefit analysis on system and process enhancements related to Demand & FulfillmentRecommend and analyze potential improvements in supply chain processes using existing and future JDA/BY tools and industry standard methodologies.Identify the root causes and solutions for issues such as out-of-stocks and aged inventory by identifying discrepancies through the collection and analysis of dataDevelop analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.Translate the results of an analysis into easily understood presentation quality materials.Provide in stock, weeks of supply and turnover reporting/analysisCollaborate with key partners to develop action plans to address issues/opportunities related to inventory productivity and in stock levelsCommunicates risks to leadership with proposed plans for mitigation.Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Manages large projects that span multiple functional areas.Leads the delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics and/or services in the agreed upon time frames.Leads in the analysis of probable impact of recommendations and solutions on other business areas and client groups.How you will succeed: Undergraduate degree in business is required and a focus in supply chain is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain with a focus on JDA/BY demand and FulfillmentAdvanced working knowledge of JDA/BY technology with an in-depth knowledge of JDA/BY Demand & Fulfillment modulesExperience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills, data warehouse, SQL, and advanced data mining capabilities.Experience in retail industry is required, OTC, HABA, Beauty, Daily living category experience is preferred.Advanced written/Verbal communication and presentation skills.Advanced analytical skills and project management skills from conception to implementation.Ability to manage multiple priorities, self-directed and motivated to independently accomplish results.Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently motivated Are you #ALLin?
