Position: French Bilingual HR Employee RelationsLocation: MississaugaOur client in the financial services industry is looking for a Bilingual HR Employee Relations to act as the first point of contact who will connect directly with resources or HR partners.This role is part of a forward-thinking team that relies on subject matter expertise of the HR/employment processes and empathy skills to deliver workplace commitments to provide employees with more care and support during ER processes. The role:- Conduct fair and thorough investigations of HR policies or local laws and other employee grievances- Partner closely with HRBPs, Legal and local HR teams across Canada to advise on local investigation processes, policies and compliance matters- Identify potential solutions to address different types of cases and actions appropriately by providing clear guidelines- Provide guidance to a diverse population on a wide range of potentially sensitive, confidential and difficult topics with utmost discretion- Center employee care and well-being during and after an ER process (investigations and workplace concerns)- Help translate Care insights into actions that support clients culture- Analyze and track Employee Relations trends to proactively create a positive organizational culture- Help develop customized care plans that center well-being, transparency, and agencyWhat we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field- Must be French bilingual- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience preferably in investigations, complaint procedures, case management and program management- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making- Ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences- Excellent communication skills with a particular focus on empathetic listening, conflict resolution, de-escalation and risk mitigationIf you think you are the right candidate for the role, please send your resume to A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
