TechBlocks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead enterprise software delivery initiatives from post-sales through to successful client implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product delivery, team leadership, and client engagement within enterprise environments. Leveraging technical acumen and strategic insight, the Technical Delivery Manager will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable technology solutions.You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery excellencemanaging scope, architecture, risks, and client expectationswhile fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring both business savvy and deep technical insight.ResponsibilitiesLead product delivery engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the client delivery in terms of business scope, technologies / integration deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.Manage all aspects of client delivery and solution delivery (Technical / Functional)Lead and manage the product delivery team with active communication and strong product business and engineering knowledge.Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project / test / data / functional / Integration technical plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the team to share new and enhanced business use cases and technology features.Drive continuous improvements to our delivery methodology and service offerings based on client experience.Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problemsRequired Experience6-10-year experience as technical delivery lead / manager with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies delivering software products / projects. Experience in Utilities Industry ((Gas, Hydro, Water) is MustBS/MS in Computer Science / Engineering is preferredExperience in product development / engineering with .NET / SAP / Oracle /Java is preferredMBA is plus but not necessaryProven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software and CustomerExperience solutions in client environments.Self-motivated, Positive influence, business and technology solution provider.Exposure working with offshore teams.
